Screw Piling
Screw piles, also know as helical piles or anchor piles, are a faster, cleaner, vibration free alternative to conventional mini piles. Screw piles can be designed to underpin and be installed close to existing structures or provide foundation for new structures.
They are quick and easy to install and are an ideal piling system where access restrictions are tight, creating minimal mess, soil, extraction and disruption.
Screw Piles are ideal for sites with contaminated ground, as they dramatically reduce the amount of soil extraction, thus reducing muck away costs.
