We can provide the complete design & constructions of the piled underpinning solution to strengthen & stabilise existing foundations and protect them from future subsidence, heave or shifting soils.
The piles can be installed in tight and restricted access conditions using our specially design limited access piling rigs.
Our methods ensure long term stability and as a member of The Association of Specialist Underpinning Contractors all of our underpinning works are covered by a 10 year Latent Defects Guarantee (DIG) full detail of which can be provided upon request.
